GUIDE RULEBOOK
DRESS CODE GUIDE – BOLLYWOOD CLUB EVENT (STRICT ENTRY POLICY)
Bollywood Club Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with the dress code standards. All guests are required to dress in smart casual / formal chic attire, and remain neat and presentable at all times.
Management reserves the right to apply discretion at all times. For security reasons, headwear or headdresses may be required to be removed at entry unless otherwise approved. Certain themed events may allow exceptions at management discretion.
✅ ACCEPTABLE DRESS CODE
👔 Men
● Collared shirts / button-up shirts
● Formal shirts (well-fitted)
● Formal pants / chinos / tailored trousers
● Blazers / structured jackets (non-oversized)
● Formal shoes / loafers
● Turbans are permitted (subject to security checks)
👗 Women
● Formal chic dresses
● Skirts (smart / formal style)
● Jumpsuits (structured / elegant)
● Elegant tops with jeans, denim pants, or tailored trousers
● Denim shorts (smart styled, non-beachwear)
● Heels or closed-style footwear (preferred)
● Clean sneakers (casual fashion style only)
❌ UNACCEPTABLE DRESS CODE
Clothing (All Genders)
● Sportswear / athleisure wear (track pants, gym wear, etc.)
● Jerseys, team merchandise, or branded sports clothing
● Traditional attire (kurta, sherwani, saree, lehenga, salwar suits, etc.)
● Beachwear or overly revealing clothing
● Ripped, torn, soiled, or excessively distressed clothing
● Offensive graphics, slogans, or wording
● Work uniforms or industrial/workwear clothing
● Oversized jackets or overly baggy clothing
● Shorts (not allowed for men)
● Flip flops / sliders / open beach sandals
● Crocs
● Dirty or unclean footwear
● Sports/running/training shoes (athletic footwear not allowed)
Accessories
● Caps / hats / beanies (may be removed at entry)
● Fanny packs / sling bags (restricted at discretion)
● Large backpacks (subject to checking and approval)
● Flags of any country or political/sports symbols
● Offensive or inappropriate accessories
● Kirpans are not permitted inside the venue
🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS (STRICT NO-ENTRY POLICY)
The following items are strictly NOT allowed inside the venue:
● Outside food of any kind
● Outside beverages / drinks (including alcohol, soft drinks, water bottles, etc.)
● Medicines of any kind unless pre-approved by management/security
● Any edible items (snacks, chewing gum, etc.)
● Any drinkable items or containers (sealed or unsealed)
All bags, including backpacks, will be subject to mandatory security check and inspection at entry.

● Dress code and entry rules apply at all times inside the venue
● Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry without refund or explanation

AGE, ENTRY & SECURITY POLICY – BOLLYWOOD CLUB EVENT

🔞 AGE RESTRICTION
● Entry is strictly for guests aged 20 years and above
● Management reserves the right to request valid proof of age at entry and at any time inside the venue
🪪 ID REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
Entry will be denied without valid physical identification.
Accepted ID (Original Physical Copy Only):
● National ID / Residence Card
● Passport (mandatory for tourists)
Not Accepted:
● Photocopies
● Photos of ID (mobile pictures)
● Digital screenshots or scanned copies
● Valid visa status is required for all non-resident / tourist guests where applicable
🚪 ENTRY CONDITIONS
● Entry is strictly subject to security and management approval
● Management reserves the right to refuse entry without explanation
● Guests must comply with all venue rules at all times
● No re-entry once exited
🚭 SMOKING POLICY
● Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas
● Smoking anywhere inside the venue (including dancefloor, bar, seating areas, or washrooms) is strictly prohibited
● Violations may result in immediate removal from the venue

ZERO TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR POLICY
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
● Littering or damaging venue property
● Possession or use of illegal substances
● Any form of physical violence or fighting
● Harassment, inappropriate touching, or misconduct toward any guest
● Any disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
Enforcement:
● Offenders may be immediately removed from the venue
● Serious violations may result in involvement of law enforcement authorities
● Property damage may result in financial liability and legal action
Accountability:
● In case of physical altercations, all parties involved will be held accountable, regardless of who initiated the incident

● All guests and belongings may be subject to security screening and bag checks
● Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denial of entry
● Security and Management decisions are final and non-negotiable
